If you would like to cancel a pre-order for which you paid 50%, please notify us within 7 days of the 'Ready for Dispatch' notification. Your deposit will be reimbursed minus credit card fees.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message in which you can find a link to follow your order status. On the tracking page you can follow each steps of the manufacturing and shipping process.
If you preordered an item, we will send you a notification once it is in stock in Australia and will proceed to shipping (after the payment of the residual amount if you opt for a 50$ deposit only). You will be then able to follow your order from the tracking page.

The pre-order availability date is indicated on the product page. The average waiting time is 2-4 weeks from the shipping date from France. For works in the process of being reissued, we invite you to subscribe to the free SMS / Email alert in order to be immediately notified of availability. 

If you wish to order a canvas in stock and another in 'pre-order', we invite you to make a separate order. This will avoid putting the product on hold in stock. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts.
